General
Unless otherwise expressly written and mutually
agreed, the following conditions apply to all proposals, contracts
and agreements made between Haydndesign Ltd and a client company.
Invoicing and Payment
All invoices are payable
within 30 days of receipt.
Haydndesign Ltd reserves the right to charge
interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% above the base
rate, per calendar month or part thereof. Interest will be at the
Royal Bank of Scotland base rate in force on the date the invoice
becomes overdue.
English law shall govern all legal aspects of the
relationship between Haydndesign Ltd and the Client Company.
Purchase Orders
Before placement of an order for software, or
commencement of work, Haydndesign Ltd requires a non-cancellable
purchase order, dated and signed by an authorised signatory of the
Client Company.
Expenses
Haydndesign Ltd retains the rights to charge
reasonable expenses when carrying out work for the Client Company.
