At haydndesign we use a virtual prototype to model the complete product where ever possible, this requires us to model and assemble proprietary and design specific components. By integrating these into the CAD system an evaluation of the design can be undertaken prior to costly prototyping or manufacture.

During this phase of the process a lot of discussion is typical between client and designer, and we use 'edrawing', which is a viewer and mark-up tool that integrates with ProE. This works stand alone and  free of charge on our clients PC's to allow for great integration of the design team even if they are separated by miles..

We can add logo's, labels, trade marks and create photo realistic images, for sales brochures etc.

Animations of the design showing its functionality, assembly principles, or maintenance issues can be created from the solid models created in Pro/ENGINEER®, these are associative in that design changes due to improvements, in weight reduction, production cost will not be lost due to the inherent associativity of  Pro/ENGINEER®
